BODY IMAGE & FOOD FREEDOM COACH,
DIET CULTURE DROP-OUT,
CONFIDENT AF
WORK WITH ME
I spent 16 years of my life struggling with my body. Bouncing from diet to diet, yoyoing between restricting and bingeing and hating what I saw in the mirror. I thought self-love and a healthy balance with food was impossible for me.

Spoiler alert:  I was wrong.
Now I'm an intuitive eater who can easily forget I have chocolate in the house and am confident AF in my body, no matter what it looks like!
WORK WITH ME
My teens and 20s were spent wishing that I was somebody else - that I was thinner, prettier, more confident... just more.

I believed that all of those things would land in my lap if I could just. lose. weight, so I made it my life's mission to be as small as possible.

The only problem was, I loved food. I loved going out for dinner. I loved getting McNuggets after a night out. I loved eating a cheese platter with friends. I swung wildly between "Treat yourself! Live your best life!" and "Eat as little as you can to be smaller!".

I tried everything from counting calories, to tracking macros, to intermittent fasting, to being vegan, to the paleo diet... you name it, I tried it. Every time, I thought I'd found *the thing* that was going to make me happy, but after a while it would stop working, I'd 'fail' at my diet and I'd be back to square one.

My darkest day came when I'd been diagnosed with binge eating disorder (as a rebound result of all of those diets!), depression and anxiety, and all I wanted was to just eat like a 'normal' person.
But how the heck was I supposed to do that?!
The turning point came when I realised that:
  • You can be confident in your body even if you're not a size 10.
  • Your weight has nothing to do with your worth as a person.
  • Loving yourself is possible for everyone with a bit of mindset work.
  • The key to positive body image is working on the inside, not the outside.
  • Intuitive eating (not dieting) is the answer to stopping bingeing, ditching the guilt and having a great relationship with food.
I read every book, listened to every podcast, read every study and spent thousands on therapy, and changed the course of my life towards nourishment over punishment.

The rage against the diet-culture-obsessed society that we live in grew within me as I learnt more about how we're all pressured to chase the wrong things - the things that will actually do us more harm than good.

When I overcame the years of negative body image, low self-worth and a shitty relationship with food, I became obsessed with helping other women to do the same. Nobody should have to go through what I went through.

We're all capable of breaking free from the cycle of punishing ourselves and reaching a place of body acceptance, confidence and self-love. If you don't know how the heck to do that... that's where I come in!
NOT SURE IF I'M THE COACH FOR YOU?
Here's why I'm your girl:
  • I'm here to change the world. When I help you improve your body image and confidence, there's a flow on effect to everyone around you. The more people who are impacted by this message, the faster we change the world for the next generation!
  • I'm a coach who's all about body acceptance, meaning that I'll teach you to love and accept your body unconditionally. I won't promise to make you believe that you're basically Gigi Hadid, because that's probably not realistic (and I'll never lie to you!).
  • Confidence is my middle name - I've helped women go from getting plastic surgery and still hating their bodies, to feeling confident enough to do a photoshoot in a bikini to celebrate their bodies!
  • I'm fat positive and believe in making the world a more inclusive place for all, regardless of size. I work from the Health at Every Size® approach and all bodies are welcome with me!
  • I've been where you are. My clients are always telling me that it's amazing to finally speak to someone who understands exactly how they're feeling and what they're going through, because I've lived it too.
  • Coaching is meant to be FUN. Sure, feeling shit about your body and struggling with food isn't my idea of a good time, but I love a giggle and I believe that we can make this process enjoyable! You're more likely to show up and do the work for yourself if you're having a good time along the way.
If you've been wading through the websites of gorgeous women in size 8 bodies telling you to love yourself and thinking 'yeah, that's easy for you to say!' and feeling like this is all impossible for you, HOLD ON A SECOND!

It's not. I've done it, my clients have done it, and I know for a fact that you can do it too.

Let me show you how f*cking incredible life can be when you love yourself more.
